Store Visual Merchandising Lead

ALO is seeking a Visual Manager to join the store leadership team. You will drive visual standards, product presentation and merchandising execution to keep the store customer-ready at all times.

You will lead a team, coach staff, and collaborate with the General Manager to manage budgets, schedules and store performance. The role requires retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
