What You Will Do

• Answer inbound passenger calls about Southwest flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
• Assist with Rapid Rewards loyalty account questions and points redemption
• Provide flight status updates and handle travel disruption rebooking
• Deliver friendly, on-brand Southwest service on every customer interaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED — entry level, no airline experience needed
• Friendly, upbeat communication style consistent with Southwest culture
• Available 20–25 hours per week on a consistent part-time schedule
• Home PC, heet, and stable internet connection

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour
